Shipping charges are affected by a variety of factors, especially when shipping to a non-Italian destination.
Superecords.com is always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for both our Italian and non-Italian customers. For this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

All available shipping options and your exact shipping and handling charges (and any applicable taxes) will be shown in your Shopping Cart after you login to your account (or create an account). Because Superecords.com ships worldwide, it is not possible to calculate your shipping and handling charges before you login.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. An additional shipping charge will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.

Shipping upgrades may not apply to items that are backordeblack at the time your order is placed.

On Italian holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed. Italian carriers do not ship or deliver on the following dates:

NON-ITALY SHIPPING

Non-Italy shipping & handling charges and available shipping methods are determined by destination, type and weight of merchandise ordered, and the shipping method(s) you choose. Due to the complexities of shipping outside Italy and because Superecords.com is always working to improve our shipping efficiency and rates, it is not possible to view your available shipping methods or calculate your exact shipping & handling charges until you sign in to your account (or create an account).

For the purpose of calculating shipping charges, the number of items in a multi-CD box set is determined based on the weight of the box set. Music videos, DVD's, and T-shirts may count as 2 or 3 items each. The actual total will appear in your Shopping Cart before you place your order.
For Non-Italy shipments Superecords.com uses DHL Worldwide Express (every destination) and Airmail Service by Poste Italiane (some destination).

DHL Worldwide Express is one of the best worldwide express couriers. DHL delivers all over the world in less time than you think. Their service is very fast and secure.

Airmail by Poste Italiane is cheaper. We entrust our shipment to Poste Italiane for the most important country but not for all the world.

The following price lists are not for "backorder" because Superecords.com ships them later and they need more time to be delivered. Please note: DHL and Poste Italiane ask for your sign when you receive our shipment; DHL and Poste Italiane do not deliver during the week-end; DHL does not deliver to P.O. Box.
