We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.
If you have purchased from our store or subscribed to one of our newsletters, we may occasionally update you via email of special opportunities and newsletter. We may also contact you if you have entered one of our contests or sweepstakes.
To customize the information you wish to receive from us, or to let us know you do not wish to receive email from us, please drop an e-mail with "remove" in the subject to: admin@superecords.com We may share non-personal, non-individual statistical or demographic information in aggregate form with our marketing partners, advertisers or other third-parties for research purposes. In other words, we will not tell our marketing partners that you purchased a specific product, but we may tell them how many customers purchased that product.

SECURE TRANSACTIONS
Superecords.com uses the latest encryption technology and other methods to protect your credit card information. You can place your orders using Gestpay, by Banca Sella, an SSL3 /128bit encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions) or you can telephone or fax your credit card information to us. Your order information and purchase history are protected by a password that you set. If you forget your password, we will first verify your identity and then email your password to the email address you have listed in your Superecords.com account.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

INVENTORY INFORMATION
Inventory information is available for many music titles. This information, which appears in your Shopping Cart, can be used to estimate the likelihood that a title will be shipped immediately after you place your order.
We cannot guarantee that a title listed as "In stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In the most part of cases, a title may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, if an item that is marked "In stock" in your Shopping Cart when you place your order is sold out at the time your order is processed, we will ship you the item for no extra charge when it becomes available.

BACKORDERS (OUT OF STOCK ITEMS)
Superecords.com will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. If we haven't been able to locate and ship the item(s) to you in 30 days, an order status email will be sent to you.
If for any reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order, notify you immediately via email, and delete the item from our catalogue.
Note: we will never charge your credit card until the item ships. Your credit card needs no adjustment upon order cancellation.
If you paid by check or international money order and have cancelled your order, Superecords.com will automatically place a store credit for you. This store credit will be notified to the email address listed in your Superecords.com account.
You can check the status of your order at any time by visiting your online Your Order, located within My Superecords.com.
Order status is updated several times per week.

STORE TRANSLATION POLICY
In the event that any statement made in a translated version of Superecords.com's website conflicts with any statement made in the Italian version of Superecords.com's website, the statement made in the Italian version will prevail.
